Important! When returning the goods, the invoice in the package must be brought along with the goods and the circle must be retracted to the product to be returned (please do not write the information directly on the package). When returning the goods without the sender’s data, a return process longer than usual must be taken into account.

If there is reason to believe that this may be a defect resulting from production, please send the pictures of the defect, the order number, the name of the subscriber and the date to info@paljajalujalats.ee. The defect is decided by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has recognised a manufacturing defect, then the cost of repairing the shoe will be covered or, if no repair is possible, the replacement of the product. If replacement is not possible, then the purchase amount will be refunded. It is only possible to claim the refund of the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible
